Areas Affected: Elkhart; Cass; St. Joseph; Berrien
* WHAT...Bands of moderate to locally heavy lake effect snow
occurring. Plan on difficult travel conditions, including during
the evening commute. Additional snow accumulations of one to
three inches are expected.

* WHERE...In Indiana, St. Joseph IN and Elkhart Counties. In
Michigan, Berrien and Cass MI Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will
cause areas of blowing and drifting snow.
