LOCATION: 35200 Block of Walnut Street, Lenwood

SUSPECT(S): Lee Cordova, 27 years old of Bakersfield
Monica Lujan, 27 years old of Bakersfield
Steven Noseff, 32 years old of Bakersfield

VICTIM(S): Confidential

SUMMARY:

On December 9, 2017, the victim reported his 1997 Ford F350 stolen from a Valero Gas Station in the Town of Apple Valley. While he was inside the business, he witnessed an unknown male enter his truck and flee the parking lot with a female following in a different vehicle.

Later that day, the victim was contacted through social media by a witness who observed his vehicle parked at a residence in the 35200 block of Walnut Street in Lenwood. Sheriff's Deputies responded to the location and contacted Lee Cordova, who had a recent arrest history in Kern County for the possession of a stolen vehicle. Cordova was found to have shaved keys on his person, which are commonly used in the theft of vehicles. Cordova's wallet was located inside the victim's Ford truck.

During the investigation, Monica Lujan was identified as the female who had assisted Cordova in the theft of the truck. Lujan was subsequently arrested for conspiracy as well as an unrelated warrant. Steven Noseff, a convicted felon, was also contacted at the location and found to be in possession of pepper spray as well as multiple individually wrapped bundles of suspected heroin. All three subjects were transported and booked into the Barstow Jail.
