12/05/17 WTPD arrested Jeffrey Trimmer, age 50, of Washington, NJ for an outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.
12/05/17 WTPD arrested Joel Morgan, age 19, of Washington, NJ for theft. On 12/05/17 at approximately 7:01 PM, patrol responded to the Rite Aid Pharmacy, 354 Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township for a reported theft by an employee. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was determined that Mr. Morgan had taken $448.00 in cash. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.
12/06/17 WTPD arrested Michael Eckhardt, age 50, of Stewartsville, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $1500.00 out of Greenwich Township. On 12/06/17 at approximately 10:00 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 in Washington Borough for failure to signal a turn. The officer’s subsequent investigation revealed that the vehicle’s passenger had $1500.00 in outstanding warrants. Mr. Eckhardt was taken into custody without incident, processed and turned over to the Greenwich Township Police Department.
12/08/17 WTPD arrested Jenna Dolan, age 23, of Washington, NJ for simple assault. She was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.
12/09/17 WTPD arrested Teresa Sherman, age 50, of Washington, NJ for obstruction of the administration of justice, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 12/09/17 at approximately 2:48 AM, patrol was observed a Ms. Sherman acting suspicious in the area of Youmans Ave and Rte. 31 S. in Washington Borough. The officer’s made contact with Ms. Sherman, who appeared to be intoxicated and ran out into traffic on Rte. 31. The officer’s investigation resulted in Ms. Sherman being arrested and charged with obstruction of the administration of justice, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
12/10/17 WTPD arrested Trevor Mounch, age 47, of Washington, NJ for simple assault. He was processed and was released with a mandatory court date.
12/10/17 WTPD arrested George Swierat Jr., age 22 and Michael Chobot, age 26, of Washington, NJ disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 12/10/17 at approximately 6:10 PM, patrol was dispatched to a physical dispute on W. Church St. in Washington Borough. Upon patrols’ arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Swierat and Mr. Chobot were engaged in a physical altercation. Both men were charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. They were released with mandatory court date(s).
12/11/17 WTPD arrested Ariel Mamauag, age 51, of Washington, NJ for a $250.00 outstanding out of Lebanon Township. He was processed and released after posting bail.
12/12/17 WTPD arrested Jayson Vierbuchen, age 24, of Washington, NJ for simple assault and a $1000.00 outstanding warrant out of Union Township. He was processed and was released with a mandatory court date.
12/12/17 WTPD arrested Charles Klemka, age 51, of Washington, NJ for an outstanding warrant. He was processed and lodged n the WC Jail.
12/13/17 WTPD arrested Dana Galla, age 34, of Budd Lake, NJ and James Frey, age 32, of Flanders, NJ for theft of a credit card and conspiracy. On 12/10/17 at approximately 6:50M, patrol was dispatched to the Mobil , 472 Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township for a reported fraudulent use of a credit card that was stolen from Hawk Pointe Country Club on Saturday 12/09/17. Upon further investigation the WTPD Detective Bureau positively identified the actors and arrests were made on Ms. Galla and Mr.Frey. Both subjects were processed and released with a mandatory court date(s).
12/13/17 WTPD arrested Daniel Godfrey, age 35, of Washington, NJ for $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and was released with a mandatory court date.
12/14/17 WTPD arrested Daniel Kiselyk, age 40, of Washington, NJ for an outstanding $500.00 warrant out of Franklin Township. On 12/14/17 at approximately 11:53 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township for failure to wear a seatbelt. The officer’s subsequent investigation revealed that the vehicle’s passenger, Mr. Kiselyk had a $500.00 in outstanding warrant. He was taken into custody, issued a motor vehicle summons for failure to wear a seatbelt, processed and released with a new court date.
