Arrestee: Bobby McCoy, 41, resident of Oakland
Charges: 29800(a)(1) PC, 30305(a)(1) PC, 11377(a) HS, 11351 Hs and 11370.1(a) HS
Narrative:
Officers were in a high crime area known for drug sales. Officers spotted McCoy sitting in his car conducting what appeared to be drug sales. Officer contacted McCoy and brought in a department K-9 trained in locating drugs. The investigation revealed drugs, a large sum of money and scales. The Officers also located a loaded firearm and ammunition. McCoy is a convicted Felon and is prohibited from possessing a firearm and ammunition. McCoy was arrested for the above charges.
