Sex Offender Release and Relocation **UPDATE** 
According to the Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections (DCC), Kevin W. Spaulding will remain at Rock Valley Community Programs, 203 W. Sunny Ln, Janesville, WI and not move as previously reported.
Spaulding was convicted of First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child on September 4, 2007, First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child on December 8, 1993, and Third Degree Sexual Assault on February 9, 1990.
Conditions of Spaulding’s supervision include, but are not limited to: No unapproved activities in the community without prior approval of the DCC Supervising Agent; No contact with minors; No patronizing taverns, bars or liquor stores; No contact with victims; Not to consume alcohol or drugs; Comply with standard sex offender rules; and Cooperate with GPS monitoring.
Notification is not intended to increase fear; rather, it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.
