The City completed its Hurricane Harvey debris operation on Friday, November 10th. However, the City realizes that the some Harvey-affected property owners continue to demo their walls and flooring and that repairs and re-construction are on-going. In order to facilitate the Harvey recovery, the City will continue to collect this debris (construction debris such as sheet rock and flooring, trash such as mattresses and furniture) from homes impacted by the storm.

In order to schedule this pick-up, customers must contact the Solid Waste Department at 723-1541 (M-F, 7AM-3:30PM) to create a work order to collect the debris. As with the debris operation, the debris must be placed in the right-of-way, and the debris will be carefully monitored to ensure compliance with all existing solid waste and landfill regulations.
