Five charged with Breaking and Entering into storage containers.

Polk County Sheriff’s Office Deputies recovered a “Centurion” safe on Highway 9 North on December 3rd, 2017. Detectives were notified to collect and process the safe. Numerous attempts were made to find the owner of the safe over the next couple of days.
A report of a suspicious vehicle and a possible larceny from storage containers located on Bill Collins Road was taken by Deputies on December 6th, 2017 . The individual making the report was unable to specify if the owners of the containers were missing anything but the containers were open, when normally they were kept locked.
The owners of the storage containers reportedly checked the storage containers, then came to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office to report the items that were missing. One of the items reportedly missing was the “Centurion” Safe that had been found busted open on Highway 9 North.
Detectives went to the scene with the owners to follow up on the missing items and to collect any evidence that would assist in the investigation. The property owners reported numerous items to be missing from the storage containers, estimated value over $13,000 dollars.
Detectives were able to identify the five individuals that had broken into the storage containers and had stolen the reported missing property.
Captain B.J. Bayne wanted to acknowledge and thank the Rutherford County Investigation Division, Forest City Police Department, and the Columbus Police Department for their assistance in retrieving the stolen items during the snow on December 8th, 2017.
Many of the stolen items were still in possession of the individuals that had committed the larcenies. Detectives were able to recover the victims’ property and return it to the owners.
The following individuals have been charged in the breaking and entering on Bill Collins Road.

Josh Cuthbertson- (1 count) Breaking and Entering, (1 count) Larceny, (1 count) Conspiracy
Dreama Philyaw- (1 count) Breaking and Entering, (1 count) Larceny, (1 count) Conspiracy

Ryan Williams has been arrested and is currently being held in the Polk County Jail under a $78,000 bond.
Christy Williams has been arrested and is currently being held in the Transylvania County Jail under a $78,000 bond.
Nicholas Jolley has been arrested and is currently out on a $34,000 bond.
