The City of Sleepy Eye has declared a snow emergency for Friday the 29th of December starting at 10 P.M. All vehicles in the down town area need to be moved by midnight. If not moved they are subject to be ticketed and/or towed. Also a reminder for residents outside the downtown area you have 24 hours to move your vehicle(s) to a cleaned spot. Vehicles not moved or not moved to a cleaned spot are subject to a ticket and/or tow.
