Secondary and Side Roads Still Treacherous..... Extremely slick conditions under the layer of snow 
One lane of Hwy 9 was salted overnight but has since refroze in places. Side roads are still extremely dangerous and we are urging motorists to stay off them. Numerous vehicles are abandoned, some people remained in their vehicles and we have several sheltered in the safety of our station after having to go get them. If you absolutely have to venture out please wait until after lunch today and allow DOT to do their job.
