Wind Chill Advisory in effect for St.Louis County area thru 12PM 01-02-2018. 
...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TUESDAY...
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. The cold wind chills
will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed
skin. Expect wind chills to range from 10 above zero to 15
below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Missouri, as well
as southwestern Illinois.
* WHEN...Until noon CST Tuesday.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chill values. This will result
in frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not
taken. If you must venture outdoors, make sure you wear a hat and
gloves, making sure all exposed skin is covered.
