EPD makes second arrest in weekend murder investigation 
Evansville Police investigators have arrested a second suspect in connection with the Saturday murder on the east side.
Police have arrested Donovan Thomas, 21, on Murder and Robbery charges. He is in the Vanderburgh County Jail. The investigation is ongoing. No additional details are being released at this time.
