Press Release: Subject arrested for possession of Heroin, Cocaine and Resisting Arrest

ACCUSED: Kyle Manger, Age 32, Sea Bright, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On January 1, 2018 Deal officers were dispatched to a residence on Poplar Ave for a report of an unwanted party throwing things and attempting to gain entry. Upon arrival officers located the accused in the rear of the residence and conducted an investigation. During the investigation, the accused attempted to flee officers and resisted arrest. He was found to be in possession of controlled dangerous substances and drug paraphernalia.
Manger was subsequently charged with possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, resisting arrest, tampering with physical evidence, failure to turn over a controlled dangerous substance to police and possession of drug paraphernalia. In accordance with bail reform guidelines Manger was committed to Monmouth County Jail pending a court date.
