NO PARKING ON ANY STREET OR PUBLIC ROADWAY FROM 10:00 PM THURSDAY, JANUARY 4, 2018 TO 6:00 AM FRIDAY, JANUARY 5, 2018. VIOLATORS WILL BE TICKETED OR TOWED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE. Edward Brancati, Village Manager of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco, pursuant to Section 101-8 of the Code of the Village/Town of Mount Kisco does hereby declare that a Snow Emergency is in effect beginning 10:00 PM Thursday, January 4, 2018 and will remain in effect until 6:00 AM on Friday, January 5, 2018. ~In accordance with this declaration, the Village does hereby establish the following emergency parking and traffic rules and regulations and suspends promulgated rules and regulations insofar as they are inconsistent herewith:

No parking on any street or public roadway from 10:00 PM Thursday, January 4, 2018 until 6:00 AM on Friday, January 5, 2018. VIOLATORS WILL BE TICKETED OR TOWED at the owner’s expense.
No person shall throw or deposit snow upon any plowed portion of any street or roadway. ~Homeowners are responsible for the actions of private contractors in their employ. This regulation shall not be inconsistent with Section 1219 of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law.
FREE Parking is available in all municipal parking lots during the snow emergency event.

Mount Kisco Senior Center (Behind Mt. Kisco Housing Authority)
Leonard Park near the basketball courts
Fox Senior Center located at 198 Carpenter Avenue

ALL vehicles must be removed from all Municipal Parking lots by 8:00 am on Friday, January 5, 2018 to facilitate the safe snow removal of snow from these parking areas.
