The City of Perth Amboy is prepared for several inches of snowfall overnight. Please follow all snow procedures. Keep in mind that the Board of Education will announce, IF there are any closings or delayed openings.
 
Please also note that trash collection will be taking place earlier (at 2:00 a.m.) to avoid collection during snowfall, please place the your trash out tonight.
 
Additionally, the Code Blue shelter is available for City residents at 8:00 p.m. tonight.

Snow, mainly after 1am. The snow could be heavy at times. Low around 20. Light and variable wind becoming north 11 to 16 mph in the evening. Winds could gust as high as 26 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%.
 
Total nighttime snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.

Snow, mainly before 1pm. The snow could be heavy at times. Areas of blowing snow. High near 30. Blustery, with a north wind around 24 mph, with gusts as high as 39 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%.
 
New snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches possible.
