On Thursday, January 4th, 2018 from 9:00am until 5:00pm, Merchants Alley will be closed to all traffic. A water main break is being repaired by a private contractor. There will be restricted traffic on Kerstetter Way with traffic being directed by flaggers when necessary. Expect minor delays.
