The Borough garbage and recycling contractor has ceased collected of garbage and recycling for 1/4/18 due to the road conditions and the safety of its crews. Any streets that were not collected today will be collected tomorrow, Friday, 1/5/18. Tomorrow's recycling and garbage collection is on regular schedule.

Residents are asked to take in their empty barrels as soon as possible. There are many that are blowing into the streets due to the winds and causing traffic problems.

There are near white out conditions and we are reminding all residents to stay off the roads for the safety of you, your family and those emergency workers who need to do their jobs. Thank you.
