WIND CHILL ADVISORY CONTINUES THROUGH NOON SATURDAY. IT'S STILL COLD. COVER EXPOSED SKIN. STAY WARM; IT WILL BE OK.

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills expected. Dangerously cold
wind chills as low as 30 below zero will cause frostbite in as
little as 10 minutes to exposed skin. Expect wind chills to
range from 10 below zero to 20 below zero this afternoon and 20
below zero to 30 below zero tonight.

* WHERE...Portions of Northern Lower Michigan.

* WHEN...Until noon EST Saturday.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
