* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Plan on slippery road
conditions. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch and ice
accumulations of a light glaze are expected.
* WHERE...Schuyler, Cass, Scott and Morgan County.
* WHEN...9 AM Sunday to 6 AM Monday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...While the ice accumulation is not expected
to cause an impact to trees and power lines, it may cause
slippery surfaces and difficult travel.
