ACCUSSED: Jarrett Kennedy, age 20, Indian Mills, NJ, Annmarie Wexler, Age 21, Bergenfield, NJ, Tia Romeo, Age 22, Hazlet, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On January 1, 2018 at approximately 1:34am officers were dispatched to 58 Monmouth Drive for a report of 2 subjects passed out on the front lawn. Upon arrival officers made contact with a male and a female inside the residence who needed medical attention due to intoxication. Both of these subjects were transported to the hospital by EMS. Further investigation revealed there were underage persons consuming alcohol on the premise.
Following the investigation, Annmarie Wexler and Tia Romeo were charged with maintaining a nuisance and serving/making available alcohol to underage persons. Jarrett Kennedy was charged with a borough ordinance violation for underage consumption of alcohol. All parties were released on scene pending a court date.
