Chula Vista Police department is investigating a fatal traffic collision. Please avoid the area of Otay Lakes Road between Fenton St. and Woods Dr. (Eastbound and Westbound lanes) and Hunte Parkway from King Creek Wy to Otay Lakes Rd (Northbound lanes) until further notice.
