WCPD Phone System Upgrade complete. All phones are up and operational.

The necessary upgrades to the phone systems of the West Covina Police Department have been completed. All phones are back up and operational, including the 9-1-1 system.
We thank the Covina Police Department for their assist during this upgrade. They were responsible for any 9-1-1 calls received during the process.
