On Monday, January 15th, 2018 from 8:00am until 5:00pm and continuing for approximately five (5) days Olive Street between Taylor Street and Cleveland Street will be closed. The Columbia Gas Company will be doing utility work in the roadway, just north of the Taylor Street intersection. This project will take one (1) to five (5) days. We will update as progress is made.
The work will be in the roadway (Olive Street) and in close proximity to the railroad crossing so through traffic will not be permitted. Road Closing postings will be at Olive and Taylor and at Olive and Cleveland Streets with flaggers preventing vehicles from crossing the railroad tracks.
Traffic should detour Olive Street and use either E. Bridge Street or Abbe Road as an alternate.
