As a result of the freezing rain and icy road conditions, Madison County officials have changed the travel status to Advisory for rural unincorporated roads in Madison County.
Freezing rain has made all roads across cross central Indiana very slick. Motorists are encouraged to stay off the the roads and limit travel if possible otherwise allow extra time and stopping distance. Use caution when driving.
