UPDATE: Water Main Break on Jungs Station Road Repaired 
The City of St. Peters Utilities Department has completed repairs on a water main break that occurred today, Jan. 14, 2018, on Jungs Station Road north of the Central County Fire and Rescue fire station. The water main break affects a few nearby businesses on Jungs Station Road as well as homeowners and residents on Imperial Drive (west of Old Winery Ct.) and Imperial Court.
Crews are currently flushing the water main and restoring water service to the area.
A mandatory boil order is not necessary, but affected customers may boil their water as a precautionary step if they wish. The City of St. Peters will collect a water quality sample as a precaution, and results are expected to be available Tuesday morning.
If a customer has discolored water due to a loss of pressure, this was caused by the home’s internal plumbing. If you experience discolored water after a main break, you can flush your internal plumbing lines by running the largest faucet in your home, normally the bath tub faucet or any faucet experiencing discolored water, until your water is clear.
