Attempt to identify owner of aggressive dog on Rail-Trail. 
SLT Police are attempting to identify the owner of a burnt-orange pit bull terrier named Ginger which attacked a runner on the Rail-Trail near Colebrook on Thursday, Jan. 11 at around 4:00-4:30 p.m. The dog's owner was a white male, approximately in his 50's. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 717-838-1376. The victim was not seriously injured.
