HCSO release video in double homicide.

Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide investigators are releasing surveillance video of persons of interest in the double murder of a Husband and wife.

On Saturday, 01.13.2018, at 6:50 P.M., Harris County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a “Welfare Check” at a residence, located at 16510 Glorietta Turn, in the Village of Northgate Forest Subdivision

When deputies arrived on the scene, they were met by the homeowner’s son, who reported that his parents, Bao and Jenny Lam, had not been in contact with family members since Thursday night (01.11.2018), at 8:30 P.M.

Their cellphones were going straight to voicemail and their home phone was out of service. Although the house was secure, it was apparent, by looking through the windows, that the interior of the house had been ransacked; cabinets and drawers were open and items were thrown on the floor.

Deputies made forced entry into the house and discovered Bao and Jenny Lam inside their home, with their hands and feet bound and both were dead from gunshot wounds.

An unknown number of firearms, jewelry, and other valuable items were missing from their home. Their 2016 gray 4DR Porsche Panamera was missing from the garage.

Their car was recovered abandoned in a parking lot off of FM 1960 on Sunday afternoon.

Deputies recovered video from the security gate at the entrance to the subdivision. The video shows two males arrived at the subdivision entrance at 8:20 P.M. on Thursday night (01.11.2018). The males were driving a black 2007 to 2014 Lincoln Navigator.

The driver parked the Navigator in the turn around, outside the gate. The driver and one passenger walked up the street, and crawled under the gate, entering the subdivision
.
The passenger appears to be unusually tall (excess of 6’04”) and walks with an unusual gait or limp. The passenger appears to be wearing a letterman’s jacket with “CC” on the front and two tone pants, with one light colored leg and one dark colored leg.

His face is covered. The driver appears to be a black or Hispanic male of medium height and build. His face was not covered.

At approximately 8:40 P.M. the Lams returned home and pulled into their garage. Based on evidence inside the house, it appears the suspects ambushed the Lams inside their garage and forced them into their residence, where they were bound, robbed, and murdered.

On Friday morning (01.12.2018), at approximately 230A.M. the video shows the gray Porsche exit the subdivision. It returned a short time later and remained at the scene until about 6:30 A.M. when the driver, returned to the Navigator and drove away, followed by the Porsche.
It appears that the suspects returned to the Lam’s home several times between their initial assault on Thursday night and when the Lam’s bodies were discovered on Saturday evening.

We are still reviewing surveillance video, but we are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects in the Navigator and any other persons who may be involved in this horrendous crime.
