* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. The cold wind chills
will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed
skin. Expect wind chills to range from 5 above zero to 10
below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Alabama and
southern middle Tennessee.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 10 AM CST Wednesday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Slick spots may still be possible tonight
due to earlier snowfall.
