Sandbags available for Chula Vista residents to pick up tomorrow, January 19. 
Rain is predicted this weekend and the City of Chula Vista is planning accordingly. Chula Vista residents may obtain up to 10 free sandbags at the Public Works Center located at 1800 Maxwell Road on Friday, January 19, from 6:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Proof of residency is required.
Sandbags are NOT available at any Fire Station in Chula Vista.
As a reminder to all drivers, if your wipers are on, your headlights must be on. And please do not attempt to drive through flooded areas.
