01/07/18 WTPD arrested Nia Lewis, age 30, of Washington, NJ for contempt of a court order and harassment. Mr. Lewis was processed and turned over to Perth Amboy PD.

01/12/18 WTPD arrested Brandon Loyle, age 26, of Washington, NJ for an outstanding $1000.00 warrant out of Washington Township. He was processed and released with a new court date.

01/10/18 WTPD arrested Cory Finch, age 32, of Hackettstown, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $1300.00 out of Newark, Pequannock Township and Parsippany-Troy Hills Township. On 01/10/18 at approximately 12:09 AM, patrol responded to a residence for a theft in the 90 block of Valley View Estates area in Oxford Township. The officer’s investigation revealed that Mr. Finch had outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with new court date(s).

01/10/17 WTPD arrested Zachary Shulack, age 18, of Washington, NJ for a $310.00 outstanding out of Mt. Olive Township. He was processed and released after posting bail.

01/10/18 WTPD arrested Robert Altonen Jr., age 27, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 01/10/18 at approximately 3:29 PM, patrol responded to a minor motor vehicle accident in the 100 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough that had turned into dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, one of the drivers Mr. Altonen, was arrested and charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance for his behavior after the motor vehicle accident. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

01/11/18 WTPD arrested David Best, age 50, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Sheriff’s Office and outstanding warrants totaling $1475.00 out of White and Washington Townships. On 01/11/18 at approximately 12:57 AM, patrol observed a suspicious person in the area of the Washington Emergency Squad, 120 Belvidere Ave. in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation revealed that Mr. Best was an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Sheriff’s Office and had outstanding warrants for his arrest. Mr. Best was taken into custody without incident, processed and turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.

01/13/18 WTPD arrested Travis Vickerman, age 27, of Washington, NJ disorderly conduct, harassment and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 01/13/18 at approximately 11:49 AM, patrol was dispatched to a residence in the 300 block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough for an unwanted party. Upon patrol’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Vickeman was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, harassment and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with mandatory court date.

01/13/17 WTPD arrested Roy Bolton Jr., age 41, of Upper Darby, PA for a $230.00 outstanding out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.

01/13/18 WTPD arrested Marcellus White, age 30, of Elmont, NY or a $1000.00 outstanding warrant out of Mt. Laurel Township. On 01/13/18 at approximately 10:15 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 N. in Washington Townships for a motor vehicle violation. The officer’s investigation revealed that the operator, Mr. White, had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was processed and issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to obey a traffic control sign and released after posting bail.

01/14/18 WTPD arrested Douglas Decastro, age 52, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 01/14/18 at approximately 12:13 AM, patrol responded to a residence the 20 block of Mozart Ave in Washington Township for a subject calling 9-1-1 because he has no friends to hang out with and is lonely. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Decastro was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

01/14/18 WTPD arrested Kevin Burd, age 56, of Glen Gardner, NJ for a possession of (CDS) less 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 01/14/18 at approximately 8:16 PM, patrol was dispatched to the report of motor vehicle accident, Car vs Pedestrian, in the 100 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, the pedestrian, Mr. Burd, was arrested and charged with possession of (CDS) less 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Burd was also issued summonses for jay walking and failure to use a crosswalk. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

01/16/17 WTPD arrested Mark Reiser, age 33, of Hackettstown, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.

01/16/18 WTPD arrested Charles Pickett, age 27, of Washington, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $1300.00 out of Washington Borough. On 01/16/18 at approximately 8:55 PM, patrol responded to a report of a dispute at a residence in the 20 block of State St. in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Pickett had warrants for his arrest. Mr. Pickett was arrested without incident, processed and released with a mandatory court date.

01/18/18 WTPD arrested George Reid, age 72, of Washington, NJ for a simple assault. He was processed and lodged in WC Jail.

01/19/18 WTPD arrested Florence Gallagher, age 50, of Washington, NJ for a $210.00 warrant out of New Brunswick. On 01/19/18 at approximately 7:22 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 20 block of State St. in Washington Township for an investigation. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Ms. Gallagher had a warrant for her arrest. She was processed and released with a new court date.

01/20/18 WTPD arrested Robert McLeod, age 25, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.

01/21/18 WTPD arrested Trevor Mounch, age 47, of Washington, NJ for a simple assault and harassment. He was processed and lodged in WC Jail.
