Madison County changes to Travel ADVISORY
Madison County officials have raised the travel status to ADVISORY for rural unincorporated parts of Madison County. Routine travel or activities may be restricted in areas because of a hazardous situation, and individuals should use caution or avoid those areas. Freezing precipitation and snow has fallen across all of Madison County and emergency personnel are reporting all road surfaces are ice covered, slick and hazardous. Motorists should allow extra time for their commute to work this morning and limit travel if possible. This travel advisory is for today, Wednesday 1/24/2018.
Many schools have changed from a delay to closed. Check out our website for up to the minute school closings and delays. https://www.madisoncoema.org/closings/
