Structure Fire 519 West Taylor

On at approximately 8:30AM the Santa Maria Fire Department responded to a report of a structure fire in a single story mobile home at 519 West Taylor space # 99. An aggressive attack contained the fire within 15 minutes. A thorough search of the building resulted in no fatalities or injuries. Three Engine Companies, one Truck Company, and one Battalion Chief responded to the incident. Santa Maria Police provided traffic control and security at the scene, while AMR provided a medical standby. The gas company and PG&E responded to the scene to secure utilities. Santa Maria Fire Department’s Fire Marshal and Investigators responded to perform the investigation. There was extensive smoke and fire damage to the structure. Cause of the fire is still under investigation.
