The Rutgers University Police Department has been alerted to a service outage of the “Text to RUPD” system between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on January 31, 2018. Until the system is fully restored, non-emergency requests for public safety services can be made only by phone at the numbers provided below.
