Narrative: Due to the recent auto burglaries around the Oaks Card Club Parking lot, Officers have been doing frequent security checks of the area. While conducting a security check, an Officer located a SUV that had a lot of miscellaneous property stacked in he rear cargo area. The officer ran a record check of the vehicle to see if it was stolen or related to the recent auto-burglaries in the area. The vehicle came back registered to a Karace Tucker and was not stolen. Further investigation revealed that Tucker was on probation for theft and had a search clause attached to him. There were numerous tools and tool boxes scattered throughout Tuckers vehicle. Tools are often targeted and stolen during auto burglaries. The Officer contacted Tucker as he returned to his vehicle. A probation search was done of the vehicle property.

The probation search of Tuckers vehicle revealed two different types of Heroin, Methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and other items that consisted of drug sales. It also revealed tools commonly used by burglars. Tucker was arrested for the listed charges and transported to jail.
