CRITICAL MISSING ADULT HAS BEEN LOCATED

The Critical Missing Adult that walked away from a residence in the 1100 block of S. Fleetwell, West Covina has been located safe and unharmed in the City of El Monte. Details of how she ended up there are still unknown. The family has been notified and are enroute to meet up with her to bring her home.
We thank everyone who read, shared and watched for Ms Ly during what you can imagine as a very difficult time.
