Full Notification

The Enid Police Department has been notified by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that David Lofton has been classified as an “Aggravated” Sex Offender. Whenever a sex offender, classified as “Aggravated” or “Habitual” moves into a residence, the police department of that jurisdiction is required by state statute to notify the citizens of that neighborhood.
David Lofton was convicted of Rape -Second Degree in Perry, Noble County Oklahoma. David Lofton is not wanted for any crimes and he has registered as a sex offender with the Enid Police Department.
David Lofton is a white male, Date of Birth April 13, 1994. He is 5’8”, 205lbs., brown hair and hazel eyes. He is currently lives at 514 E. Hackberry Enid, OK 73701.
