Incident: Burglary Arrest
Location of Incident: 1250 45th St
Date/Time Occurred: 02/05/18 Incident Case Number: 1802-0372

Suspects: Holle, Andrew Tyler, 20, Oakland & Venson, Hasani Maliknari, 22, Oakland

Charges: 466 PC, 459 PC, and 1203.2(a)PC

Narrative: Emeryville dispatch was notified by Pixar Security that two subjects were looking into vehicles with flashlights at 1250 45th St. Officers responded to the area and located Holle and Venson, who both matched the description provided by security.

A name check revealed that Holle was on probation for vandalism and that he also had a search clause. A search of Holle revealed two I-pads and a credit card that did not belong to him. Venson also consented to a search, which revealed a registration card and insurance card belonging to a nearby Audi.

Officer checked the area and located two vehicles with broken windows and a window punch tool approximately 50 feet away from where Holle and Venson were stopped. Both Holle and Venson were identified by security, placed under arrest and transported to jail for booking.
