This morning at approximately 4:14 am, Officer Justin Qualle was on patrol in the area of Mulholland Dr. when he observed two subjects walking in the area.

Officer Qualle contacted one of the subjects, later identified as William Breman (33 yrs of Atwater), near Myrtle Ct. A consent search of Breman’s person and property revealed items from a recent stolen vehicle out of Madera and other items commonly associated with burglary tools.

Breman was arrested and booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on charges of Possession of Stolen Property and Possession of Burglary Tools.

A search of the area was completed for the second subject. He was not located. This subject was described as a white male, approximately 5’8” tall, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
