Police are looking for 70-year-old Victor Hudgins, who has not been seen since 6 a.m. yesterday, Feb. 6, near 110th and Elmwood. He may be driving a silver 2014 Ford Festiva with Missouri license plates MN6 X8V.
Victor Hudgins is a white male who is 6 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 290 pounds. He recently had a stroke and may have cognitive impairment. If you know where he is, please call 911.
