New Vehicle Added to Fleet thanks to community donations
This afternoon the department unveiled their newest police vehicle to the fleet. Unit #80 was purchased through donated funds by various businesses and community members. The donated funds reached a total of $51,650. The total cost of the vehicle and up-fitting of equipment were $49,293. The remaining funds will be used to purchase response equipment for the vehicle such as trunk organizer, traffic cones, flares and other safety items.
