Missing Mother and Daughter: Rina Arakelian, 65 years old and Sabina Karsan, 38 years old. 
On February 7, 2018 at 1:30 a.m., 65 year old Rina Arakelian and her 38 year old daughter, Sabina Karsan left their residence in the 500 block of Allen to take their dog for a walk and they have not returned.
Sabina is described as 5'4, 240 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Unknown clothing attire.
Rina is described as 4'10, 185 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Unknown clothing attire.
Family members have shared that both mother and daughter suffer from mental illness.
