...SLICK SPOTS AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES...
Periods of rain will continue through mid morning. With
temperatures right around freezing, the rain may mix with freezing
rain at times. Temperatures are expected to slowly rise above
freezing through mid morning. Until then though, there could be a
few icy spots on area roadways. If you will be traveling this
morning, be prepared for the possibility for some slick
conditions.
In addition, areas of fog and patchy dense fog will reduce
visibilities this morning. Use extra caution and be alert for low
visibility.
