Wanted fugitive Charles Richard Castner surrendered himself to Sheriff's Office. 
On 02/12/2018 just before 2:00 pm, wanted fugitive 30 year old Charles Richard Castner of Orland surrendered himself to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office without incident. Castner was booked into the Steuben County Jail on several felony charges in connection with an alleged burglary of a rural Jamestown Township home that occurred near the end of 2017. A Steuben County warrant had been issued for Castner’s arrest by the Circuit Court on 02/06/2018. Castner posted 10% of a $10,000.00 cash bond and was released. The Sheriff’s Office would like to thank all those who assisted by providing tips and information.
