What: The Harris County Sheriff’s Office has charged a suspect with the 2013 kidnapping and sexual assault of a juvenile female. The girl was beaten, sexually assaulted and left for dead in a grassy area near a movie theater in Cypress. The suspect is law enforcement custody.
