INFORMATION NEEDED on suspicious subject annoying a child 
On Monday, February 12 at approx 2:30pm, a child was walking home from school in the 2600 blk of Grant. As the child walked by a parked vehicle, there was a male subject sitting inside masturbating, in addition to performing another lewd act.
The vehicle is described as an older dark colored, 4dr sedan. The subject is described as a Middle Easter male, 20-30 years, short dark hair, with a thin build.
