The Arroyo Grande Police Department along with the assistance of allied police agencies and school administration is currently deploying K-9 search teams at the Arroyo Grande High School. The use of K-9 search teams is an efficient and effective method to search student vehicles as well as school facilities and buildings. The goal is to locate contraband and send a clear message to students and staff that illegal drugs will not be tolerated on school campus!

Please avoid the area for the next 2 hours and be assured this is a planned non-emergency event.
