Tippecanoe River flood levels expected to reach 22,000 CFS by early Thursday. 
Flood warning for the Tippecanoe River downstream of Oakdale Dam at Lake Freeman near Yeoman. At 8am Tuesday the flow was 10,649 CFS. Flood flow is 13,000 CFS. Moderate flooding is forecast. Forecast flow will approach 22,000 CFS by early Thursday. Extensive flooding with some evacuations possible and minimal property damage. Flood flow releases from Oakdale Dam between 18,000 to 22,000 CFS. Major flooding may develop. Many local river roads in Carroll, White, and Tippecanoe counties flood.
