Flood update: Carroll County Highway and Cass County EMA has made sand bags available for citizens' who are experiencing flooding issues. Sand bags can be picked up at 5069 N US Hwy 421 Delphi (EMS Garage).
Evacuations are NOT mandatory at this time. If your family feels the need to evacuate we have resources available to assist you in that event.
