* WHAT...Freezing rain will end during the late afternoon and
early evening. Ice accumulations up to a quarter of an inch are
possible today. Additional ice accumulations are expected on
Wednesday.
* WHERE...Portions of northern, central and southern Oklahoma.
* WHEN...This afternoon through the early evening and again
Wednesday afternoon and evening.
