* Until 4 PM EST this afternoon

* Rain has ended, with most areas receiving between 2 to 3 inches over the past couple of days.

* Urban, low lying and poor drainage areas prone to flooding will remain susceptible into the afternoon as water runoff continues. The majority of rivers in southeast Michigan are under river flood warnings, with moderate flooding expected along largest rivers, such as the Tittabawassee River, Saginaw River, and Clinton River. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on current forecasts. You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
