Theft of Property Arrests
(Etowah County, Alabama) Two Marshall County men have been arrested in connection to theft of property, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Kevin Michael Stoebling, 30, and Matthew Erik Berger, 26, both of Guntersville, are each charged with one count of first degree theft of property, a felony,” investigator Shane Hartley said.
The duo stole a four-wheeler, valued at $10,000, from a residence on Egypt Road, in the Rockledge Community. The ATV was recovered in Kilpatrick (Dekalb County) and returned to the rightful owner.
The Marshall County Probation Office assisted during the investigation by helping locate Stoebling and Berger.
Both Stoebling and Berger were booked into the Etowah County Detention Center on $5,000 bond each. Stoebling also faces warrants in Marshall and Jackson counties.
